It's so easy to put the fat on, wouldn't it be nice if you could just "flush" it away?" Well, what if you could?  Maybe not literally, but Dr Oz invited on special guest Dolvett Quince to share his recipes that will flush away your fat!  He talks about how Chia Seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds, and Daikon (helps block carbs) can help you lose weight.

Celebrity trainer Dolvett Quince has built quite a resume.  He has trained people such as Justin Bieber and Michelle Obama!  So, you can see people trust Dolvett Quince and his ability to help people lose weight.  In fact he is now a trainer on the "Biggest Loser".

Chia Seed Cocktail Recipe

Add one tablespoon of chia seeds into 10 ounces of water.  Squeeze some lemon slices, and add some agave nectar for flavor.  Chia Seeds have a high fiber content.  This cocktail will help you feel full. Almost as if you have just ate a meal!

Flush Fat With Pumpkin and Squash Seeds

They are yummy to snack on, but there are more benefits than just the taste! Pumpkin and squash seeds are very high in protein.  Dolvett Quince recommends eating one cup a week of these seeds to help you gain muscle.  The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn naturally.   Pumpkin and squash seeds are also high in magnesium.  Put some in a baggie and carry them around with you in your purse for when you get the urge to snack on something.

Daikon is A Carb Fighter

Daikon's are white vegetables that are in the same family as radishes.  They are high in fiber and are full of enzymes that help break down carbs and will decrease your appetite.
