Veggie Flush Recipes
One of the main staples of the 28 Day Challenge, Shrink Your Stomach Diet is to drink a Veggie Flush every day. The Veggie flush helps to reduce bloat as well as keep you feeling full in between meals. Here is the Veggie Flush Recipe that was featured on a recent Dr. Oz Episode :
Ingredients :
- spinach - 2 Cups
- 2 cups water
- 1 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 pear (keep the skin attached)
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions
1. In a small bowl blend the spinach and water.
2. Blend in the celery and cucumber.
3. Add the pear and blend into a smoothie type consistency.
4. Add lemon juice, mix and enjoy your Veggie Flush!
