Gluten Free Strawberry Microwave Breakfast Bowl Recipe

Microwave Strawberry Breakfast Bowl Recipe Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of Oat Bran
- 2 tablespoons of oat flour
- 1 tbs ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbs of unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup of almond or dairy milk
- 1/2 cup of seasonal fruit, cut into slices
- Combine all of the dry ingredients listed above
- Add in the wet ingredients and mix
- Spray the insides of a coffee mug with cooking spray
- Add all of the ingredients into the coffee mug and cook for 90 seconds.
Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Cups Recipe
Ok, I had to add this recipe too.. Why? Because it contains chocolate of course! However, it's make with the healthy dark chocolate chips so you can enjoy this gluten free Greek Yogurt Cheesecake recipe without all the guilt. This recipe only contains 145 calories and just 7.5 grams of fat.
Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Ingredients
- 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cups of plain greek yogurt
- 2/3 cups of low fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips (should take about two minutes depending on the size of your microwave). Stop the microwave and stir midway through.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate chips inside of eight paper cupcake liners
- Mix the reduced fat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
- Mix the greek yogurt in with the cream cheese and powdered sugar mix
- Add the yogurt mixture to the 8 cupcake liners
- Put in the fridge for 10 minutes
- Optional, save a little chocolate and pour over top and return to fridge to cool
