Coleslaw Recipe, Shrimp Scampi - Featured on Dr. Oz by Chef Mike

Coleslaw Recipe

Today Dr Oz "Food Ambush" special was full of recipes on how to make reduced calorie and fat versions of food that America loves.  Coleslaw is always hit or miss with me.  I either love it, or I'm pushing it away from me.  There is usually no in between.  I have a feeling that the coleslaw that I love is full of fattening ingredients that aren't good for my waistline.  I am really looking forward to trying this low calorie coleslaw recipe that they featured on today's Dr Oz show.
